How to install the savegame ? (PC save game location ?)
1. Extract the .zip archive
2. Copy savegame files to => Documents\My Games\Dead Rising 3
3. start the game => Story mode => Chapter select
why cant you start a new game? i want to use the level 50 character and play a new story but it wont allow me to save it just say start new game every time i load the game back up? is there a way to allow the game to let me save over the level 50 player so i can play the game, FYI i have already beat it like 1000 times on the Xbox one but just want to be able to enjoy the game and not have to level back up if u know what i mean
I at last can restart story, save, and continue my own game using downloaded files above. Here how i did it:
1.Play it first until you have saved it by yourself.
2.Quit game.
3. Go to C:UsersUserDocumentsMy GamesDead Rising 3savesx64_build
4.Just DON’T COPY-PASTEthis 2 files from your downloaded files (keep yours instead):
D3O.ProfileOptions
and
D3S.ProfileLastSave

2. Head Over to story mode( or whatever mode)
3. Select Chapter Selection
From there select day 1 and everything will load up. Have fun and good luck!
I can’t seem to find a save folder anywhere in my game files. help would be much appreciated
